Your reserved table is held for 15 minutes. After that, we mark it as a no-show in order to accommodate other guests.
DRESS CODE / AMBIENCE
Maison Blanche follows a “Chic-Décontracté” dress code, meaning casual chic attire is welcome.
A suit jacket is neither required nor prohibited.
We strive for a softly sophisticated and tranquil atmosphere.
In order to maintain the enjoyment for all guests, we ask that children under the age of 7 not be brought into the dining room.

MENU EXPERIENCE
Maison Blanche does not offer an à la carte menu.
Chef José Martinez presents a set prix fixe menu of seven carefully crafted appetizers, seven mains, and seven desserts.
This is known as a “Table d’hôte” or “Host’s Table” menu.
WINE EXPERIENCE
No bar and no cocktails — only wine and champagne available.
We do not offer a corkage fee; therefore, outside wine is not permitted.

Chef José Martinez
Chef Martinez’s 40 years experience , including 10 years with major several master chefs, recipient with three stars Michelin guide as well as Relais & Châteaux. He trained in with exceptional results. Chef Martinez owned and helmed his own fine dining restaurant with 200 seats named La Maison Blanche in the “Golden Triangle” of Paris for 10 years and he was awarded his own Michelin star for Maison Blanche in Paris. Establish since 2002 in Longboat- key, Florida , he made a James Beard semifinalists for Best Chef South in 2010. By Zagat 2012 Best French restaurant in Florida. Nominated in 2015, Maison Blanche is among of the 100 best restaurants in USA by Opentable. Winner of the Golden Spoon every year , he has entered The Hall Of Fame . Chef Jose Martinez at Maison Blanche on Longboat- Key is unanimously praised by foodies and reviewers as Tampa Bay and Sarasota’s best for 21 years.
Philosophy
There is no alternative to excellence. Capturing excellence in a dining experience begins and ends with the food. I have great respect for the production of food and the privilege bestowed on me being able to use it and apply my talent and focus on creating the most excellent product possible.
